With over 15 years in the industry, I've worked to build Tesha Jewels around the two things that matter most to me — flawless quality and exceptional customer service. My background spans manufacturing and customer-centric retail, and I've always believed that everyone deserves luxurious, yet honestly priced, jewellery that reflects who they are.
Before Tesha Jewels, I spent nearly two decades working across jewellery manufacturing and retailing, including helping build a well-known online UK jewellery brand from the ground up. Along the way, I saw first-hand the pain points customers face when shopping for fine jewellery — and made it my mission to remove them.
Overall, I take pride in helping every customer find the perfect piece, and in demystifying the world of jewellery through expert guidance and a personal level of service. That's why Tesha Jewels was built to be more than just another shopping experience.

When we first started selling fine jewellery online, the idea was still relatively new. A lot of people thought it wouldn't work — jewellery is personal, and people want to see it, touch it and try it on. We understood the scepticism, because we shared some of the same concerns ourselves.
One of our early online customers ordered a pair of earrings, and we called to make sure everything had arrived as expected. Her response surprised us: she said she loved the piece more in person than in the photos, and that the whole experience felt just as considered as walking into a boutique. That's the standard we still hold ourselves to today.
