Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with Tesha Jewels.
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Tesha Jewels website.
Please read them carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. ABOUT TESHA JEWELS
This website is operated by:
Tesha Jewels Ltd
Company Number: [COMPANY NUMBER]
Registered Office: [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS]
Email: [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL]
Website: teshajewels.co.uk
Tesha Jewels Ltd is registered in the United Kingdom.
2. OUR JEWELLERY
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and prices displayed on our website are accurate.
Fine jewellery is individually manufactured and finished.
Minor variations may occur between photography, digital representations and the finished jewellery, particularly in appearance, proportions, colour representation and finishing.
Such variations do not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
3. DIAMONDS
Depending on the selected jewellery, Tesha Jewels offers:
Natural Diamonds
and
Laboratory-Grown CVD Diamonds
The diamond origin will be clearly identified for the relevant product.
Our available standard diamond quality range is:
Colour: D–H
Clarity: FL–VS2
Where applicable, selected diamonds may also be available with Triple Excellent (3EX) characteristics.
Diamond availability and specifications may vary between products.
4. PRICES
Prices displayed on the website will be shown according to the customer’s selected or applicable country/region.
Tesha Jewels may operate different pricing for different geographic markets.
Regional pricing is not necessarily a direct currency conversion of another market’s price.
The price payable will be the price displayed and confirmed for your applicable market at checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.
5. TAXES, DUTIES & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For UK orders, applicable UK taxes will be handled according to the pricing and checkout information displayed.
For orders outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, local VAT and other charges may apply depending on the destination.
Where such charges are not included by Tesha Jewels at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.
The applicable treatment should be clearly communicated during checkout or before purchase where required.
6. PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected jewellery.
After receiving your order, we will send an electronic acknowledgement.
An acknowledgement of receipt does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable
- Payment cannot be authorised
- There is an obvious pricing or product-information error
- We cannot fulfil the requested specification
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity
Where we cannot accept an order after payment has been taken, the applicable payment will be refunded.
7. PAYMENT
Payments are processed through our secure payment provider.
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout and may vary according to country, device, currency or payment-provider availability.
You must be authorised to use the payment method provided.
We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every transaction.
8. MADE-TO-ORDER JEWELLERY
Many Tesha Jewels pieces may be produced after an order is confirmed.
Our estimated standard made-to-order timeframe is:
15–20 Days
This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Timing may vary due to design complexity, material or diamond availability, hallmarking, certification or circumstances reasonably outside our control.
9. BESPOKE JEWELLERY
Our estimated bespoke creation timeframe is:
2–4 Weeks
Bespoke jewellery is created according to individually agreed specifications.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving applicable design, sizing, engraving and specification information before production.
United Kingdom
Tesha Jewels provides Complimentary UK Delivery with jewellery purchases.
Appropriate secure and tracked delivery services will be used according to the order.
Europe & International
Delivery outside the United Kingdom is chargeable unless otherwise expressly stated.
Available destinations, delivery charges and relevant options will be displayed through our website or checkout.
Please refer to our separate Delivery Policy for further information.
11. DELIVERY INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Certain valuable orders may require a signature or additional verification upon delivery.
If a delivery problem occurs, please contact Client Services as soon as possible.
12. 14-DAY CANCELLATION RIGHT
For eligible standard online purchases, consumers generally have the right to notify us that they wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
After notifying us of cancellation, goods must be returned within the period required by applicable consumer law.
Please contact Client Services before returning jewellery so that appropriate return instructions can be provided.
13. PERSONALISED & ENGRAVED JEWELLERY
Jewellery made to your specifications or clearly personalised — including qualifying engraved jewellery — may be excluded from the standard statutory change-of-mind cancellation right where the applicable personalised or made-to-specification exemption applies.
Please carefully check personalised details before approving your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
14. BESPOKE RETURNS
Because bespoke jewellery is created specifically to individually agreed specifications, it may also be excluded from the standard change-of-mind cancellation right where permitted by applicable law.
This does not affect your statutory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods.
15. RETURN CONDITION
For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers should handle jewellery only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Where applicable, returned orders should include the jewellery and accompanying packaging, certificates, grading reports and accessories supplied with it.
A reduction in refund may be permitted by law where goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and their value has consequently diminished.
16. REFUNDS
Eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Where required, refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for additional information.
17. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS
Nothing in our change-of-mind returns policy affects your statutory rights.
If jewellery is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to your contract, please contact Client Services.
We will assess the matter and provide the remedy required under applicable consumer law.
18. 5-YEAR TESHA JEWELS WARRANTY
Qualifying Tesha Jewels jewellery is supported by our:
5-Year Tesha Jewels Warranty
The commercial warranty covers eligible manufacturing and workmanship defects subject to its terms.
It does not replace, restrict or remove your statutory consumer rights.
Please see our Warranty & Aftercare page for full details.
19. PROFESSIONAL AFTERCARE
Eligible jewellery may receive up to:
6 Complimentary Professional Care Services During the First 3 Years
approximately one eligible service every six months.
Eligible care may include professional cleaning, inspection and polishing where appropriate.
For routine complimentary aftercare sent by post, secure postage, delivery and applicable insurance costs to and from Tesha Jewels are the customer’s responsibility.
This does not alter any rights or costs applicable to valid statutory faulty-goods claims.
20. ENGRAVING
Complimentary engraving may be available for selected suitable jewellery.
Engraving is subject to available space, technical suitability and approval.
Please carefully verify all spelling, dates and other engraving details before confirming the order.
21. CERTIFICATION
Every qualifying Tesha Jewels Gold or Platinum jewellery product includes a:
Complimentary Tesha Jewels Authenticity / Product Certificate
Where available and requested, independent laboratory grading or certification may also be arranged through laboratories such as:
GIA · IGI · HRD Antwerp
Independent laboratory services are chargeable.
Availability, price and turnaround time depend on the individual diamond and selected service.
22. HALLMARKING
Qualifying precious-metal jewellery supplied in the United Kingdom will comply with applicable UK hallmarking requirements.
Further information and the official Dealer’s Notice can be found on our Hallmarking & Certification page.
23. PRODUCT IMAGES
We make reasonable efforts to represent jewellery accurately.
Screen settings, photography, lighting and digital displays can affect how colours, proportions and finishes appear.
Images may also be enlarged to show jewellery detail.
Please refer to the product specifications for relevant measurements and characteristics.
24. PROMOTIONS
Promotional offers may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, dates, exclusions and availability.
Our introductory launch privilege is intended for the first 1,000 qualifying customers, offering 30% off, subject to the specific promotion terms displayed at the time.
Promotions cannot necessarily be combined unless expressly stated.
Tesha Jewels may end or amend a promotion where legally permitted, but this will not affect qualifying orders already concluded under that promotion.
25. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Tesha Jewels name, branding, website content, original photography, graphics, designs and other protected materials may be owned by or licensed to Tesha Jewels.
They may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without appropriate permission except where permitted by law.
26. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep our website accurate, secure and available.
However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
We may update, maintain or temporarily restrict parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
27. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.
28. PRIVACY
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please review that policy for information about how we collect, use and protect personal data.
29. COOKIES
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
Where consent is legally required, relevant optional cookies should not be activated unless the appropriate consent has been obtained.
30. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes to our services, website or applicable law.
